For sellers

Selling a home takes a number of steps. We have guided Humboldt sellers through them since 1984.

A sale has a lot of moving parts: pricing, photography, listing, offers, inspections, escrow. We have worked through all of them in this county for more than 40 years, and we stay with you through every step until the deal closes.

What selling with us looks like

From pricing to photography to close

Pricing worked out from the comps

We pull recent comparable sales in your neighborhood, adjusted for condition and features, and walk you through the analysis. The comps guide the pricing conversation; what to list it at is your call, and we respect it.

Photography, listing, and syndication

Professional photography at our cost, a carefully written listing, entry in the MLS, and syndication to the portals buyers use, backed by the relationships we have built here.

Negotiation and close

A broker who has negotiated Humboldt closings since 1984 handles the offers and keeps the inspection and escrow timelines on track.

Home selling questions

How do you decide what my home should list for?

We pull recent comparable sales in your specific neighborhood, adjusted for condition and features, and walk you through our analysis. The comps guide the pricing conversation, but the decision on what to list it at is ultimately yours, and we respect that.

What does your marketing include?

Professional photography at our cost, a written listing, entry in the MLS, a sign on the property, and syndication to the portals buyers use, plus the local relationships that a family brokerage has built here since 1984.

Do I have to make repairs before selling?

Not necessarily. We walk the property with you and give you the facts: what is likely to affect the sale price and what could slow the close. Whether to make repairs or sell as-is is entirely your decision.

Curious what your home would sell for?

Start with a valuation. We will tell you what your home could list for and why, with no obligation to sell with us.
